Location
This was taking in Westminster, a city north of Baltimore. It was done during a snow day where we had over a foot of snow and were given the day off of work.Time
This was done during the afternoon hours, after the snow had finally stopped fallen the night before and I could finally get Brooklyn l, my border collie rescue of nearly 15th years l, out for some fun.Lighting
Brooklyn despite her age, always loved the snow and would , whenever possible stick her nose in it. I caught this shot right as the afternoon sun hit her face as she pulled it out from the snow.Equipment
This was actually taken with simply my cell phone and it's one of the best shots I ever took. It always easier when you have such a great subject to work with.Inspiration
I loved watching the dog who I have grown into adulthood with, continue to enjoy the snow, something that she has done the entire time I had her.Editing
The only thing I did to this photo was to adjust the brightness to darken it a bit and use a black and white filter from my phone.In my camera bag
I always have a spare set if batteries because I always have the habit of running my camera batteries to the ground.Feedback
