My recent trip to France, which got off to a delayed start due to flight cancellations, started in Saint Malo. We missed 1 1-2 days and the included tour to Mont Saint Michel, so I booked a private tour so I would not miss out for the main reason I took this side trip. Weather had been cold and rainy, and our day was only slightly better, with a little less people and the great advantage of a private guide. But the tide was out, so all there was the sand and mud surrounding this magnificent monastery. It was my first time traveling with the 24-120 lens.
