The Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church sat gutted by Hurricane Katrina on September 4, 2005 in Biloxi, Mississippi (it is located in the neighborhood known as Little Saigon). Hurricane Katrina spared the exterior of the three-year-old church but flooded and gutted the interior. Parishioners were forced to hold services outside amid the rubble on Sunday morning.
