There is a restaurant named Passion at the Playa Paradisus Resort in the Dominican Republic. The glass craftsman did an amazing job incorporating some realism into his work by fabricating the idea of chambers and the aorta. The heart theme is cleverly woven into the furniture, lighting, architecture, etc. throughout the area. Even the wall art avoids the trite & contrived. It's the type of restaurant that serves 13 or so very small courses. By the time our large & rather rowdy group of 20 was finished, most were famished & went to another restaurant on the property. I wasn't feeling well & went back to the room. I'm super happy it was plush because I spent a good deal of time there. Our mirror didn't have the warning sticker advising the use of the provided bottled water to brush one's teeth. I used the tap water. You can guess the rest of the story.
