I had seen many similar photos on Viewbug and wanted to try and achieve a similar effect. This was my first attempt.Editing

Take the shot in as low light settings as possible. Stay away from dry areas that may catch fire and be careful not to burn yourself. Play with different shutter speeds from 1 to 8 seconds.
