Maggie and I yesterday played in the dust of Box Canyon and today as this photo depicts we went to the north side of a mountain named Gomez Peak to play in the snow. Living in an area with mountains offers endless options as we can go higher to get cooler temps or lower for warmer. Water in the mountains is such fun and I always stop in amazement to see a spring flowing three quarters of the way toward the top of a mountain. This photo shows the definition of Maggie’s muscles so well and it does make rather nice portrait with her looking into the camera. This live action photo was one of many of her heading back up a steep slope at full speed. This one was selected because all the components seemed to accent each other, with the exception of the safety orange neck scarf.
