"Portrait d'une Femme" (French for "Portrait of a Woman")
I don’t argue the either-or game of film versus digital. The opportunity today to mix both creates an outstanding and unlimited number of options to blend both. This "Portrait d'une Femme" photo was originally a vintage film studio portrait that I had the opportunity to re-use thanks to the versatility my digital camera and editing had to offer. There is no need to see the world of photography in terms of black or white, right or wrong, good or evil. Film and digital are both incredible tools available to photographers today. Photography is a blend of creativity, technology, and knowledge of human visual perception. What matters is that you approach your work seriously, no matter the medium.
