In Feb. of 2012, The Hubbs & I had the pleasure of staying at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort in Panama for a Platinum Vendors event. We were able to choose a couple of excursions while there. For one adventure, we had a private fishing guide (this photo was taken along the bank of the boat dock) & caught peacock bass in the inlets of the Panama Canal. We also chose the guided Old Panama City tour. Of course I lagged behind because I take a gazillion pictures of stuff. One of my photos (the lady selling textiles) won "Staff Pick, December 2015." So I guess it's good to be the last sheep in the herd sometimes. Maybe not the safest, but one must be willing to take risks to capture singular moments in time.
