This is a popular area for locals as well as visitors to go when they are interested in rock hounding (rock hunting for those who've never heard of it before). This particular area in located in Bancroft, Ontario, Canada and it has seen 1000's of visitors over the years and I expect it to entertain many more in the years to come.
It is a wonderfully peaceful area and the perfect place to see right up close all the different layers of rock and crystals that have been compressed into the beautiul cliff wall. These different layers represent the planets history from many millions of years in the past.
I have found many beautiful rock samples and different crystals during my excursions to the area personally.
The history tells us what happened to the planet in the past and to be able to see it first hand is very special.
