I have this light modifier called the light bender which really all it is a long narrow strip box with a 180 degree radius to it. I have used it only twice one more than two years ago and then the other day during a model shoot. It is always a good idea to test out your equipment before using it on a client so today I used it but had to use it on myself because I didn't have anyone to photograph. So I made the ultimate sacrifice and stepped in front of the camera. This image was taken with one light (light bender and one white reflector. I then converted it to B&W and added a texture layer to it in photoshop. There are so many things you can do to shape and modify the light whether it be in the studio or outdoors. You just have to learn how to see and use the light to create good photography.
