I believe this was afternoon. I can't remember! But you can see the long shadow.Lighting
Other than it was sunny, no. I didn't use a polarizer. The exposure settings were a little odd due to something I had shot earlier and I didn't have time to adjust. I normally like and ISO of 125 in daylight. But 400 (which I did not have it set on is usualy a good all around ISO for sun to cloudy.Equipment
Nikon D600, ISO 250, A 6.3 SS 640. 70mm lens.Inspiration
Actually it's funny because I asked the driver to stop because I wanted to take a photo of her walking towards me. I ended up with this one because the driver didn't stop fast enough.Editing
I do as minimal post processing as possible using Lightroom. I use the basic panel for the most part.In my camera bag
It depends upon night shoot versus wildlife vs. macro. My wide angle 18-24 Nikkor, Nikkor 35-70. Tamron 150-600. I also shoot with a Sony Alpha 6000 with an 18-200 lens.Feedback
The people of Peru seemed to be camera shy. They wanted money for me to take photos but I usually bring small toys and postcards of home in Colorado and that is usually enought to appease people. I won't pay someone to take their photo. The lady in this photo did not know I was taking her photo.
