Location
One of my favorite images because of all the differnt angles and shapes involved. This photo was taken at the welcome-center at Saguaro National Park West. The shadows caught my eye and I just had to capture the cool combination of light and dark.Time
This was taken in mid day.Lighting
It was that intense mid-day sun light that created the contrasts in shadows and light.Equipment
At the time, I only had my Blackberry phone to capture images. There was no other equipment involved.Inspiration
The beautiful darks, lights, twists and turns of the light said "this is a cool shot to take!".Editing
Just slight cropping was done.In my camera bag
Canon Eos Rebel with my trusty 55mm, 75-200, macro lens, extra batteries and memory cards.Feedback
Finding a piece of architecture that allows for different shadows is fun to capture. The contrast in light makes for very interesting images. Taking the time to see those lines and curves to capture a unique image is key.
