Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Dolly Sods, Monongahela state National Forest. West Virginia. This is one of my favorite places to go camping with my husband every summer. I was walking into the forest, and I found a big wet land area. I saw this beautiful carnivorous plants growing in the water. It was a magic moment and I had to take a picture.

Time

It was in the afternoon and you could see the sun light through the trees.

Lighting

I use just the sun light. I think that some times you have to wait for the right moment in the day to take photos.

Equipment

I use my phone Samsung Galaxy 6 edge. I love to use the sun light for my photos.

Inspiration

My inspiration is the nature. I this case l love to take macro shots of nature. These carnivorous plants were so beautiful and a the same time so little. It is amazing what you can find in this world. Also it is important for me to share my pictures with other people.

Editing

I just cropped the photo.

In my camera bag

Just my cell phone. I am not a professional photographer and I don't have a professional camera. But I have to say that I love to take pictures.

Feedback

The most important thing for me is to have the passion to take pictures. To be more observant because you don't know what you can find around you. Use what you have to take the picture and try thousands times.
