Location
This photo was was taken one night on the footpath/'side-walk' near some traffic lights. There were open sports-fields behind me.Time
The photo was taken at 05:47 of the 4th of April 2,007th 'Solar Orbit Anno Domini nostri Jesu Christi'; it was part of my 'Once in a Blue Moon' project...(never-ending!)Lighting
The main lighting was from the nearby traffic lights + the street lights + the setting full moon. There were some fainter house lights at the far end of the playing fields also. The exposure was 30x seconds - (shutter priority) @ f-20 iso=1600.Equipment
I used my Canon Digital SLR EOS 400D with a 28-55mm lens. No flash. No tripod - (hand held as I spun around & around on the same spot for 30x seconds...{DIZZY!}. No other equipment was used in the making of this shot.Inspiration
I have been fascinated by the moon ever since I watched the first moon-landing, as a child, on television back in 1969. I have always enjoyed looking at the moon when it was full...{HOWLS!} In my fist efforts with the Canon, I experimented with the capturing the concept of: Movement within a Still image. I experimented with various light-sources & the full moon came to mind...which led me to my 'Once-in-a-Blue-Moon' project.Editing
None what-so-ever.In my camera bag
Camera Body; 28-55mm Canon lens; 75-300mm Canon lens; lens tissues; electronic remote shutter-release; battery charger; camera-to-TV cable; a little Jesus (from-in-the-manger) doll to always remind me that my creativity comes from the creator-of-all.Feedback
