Location
I took this photo at whips made zoo, London.Time
This photo was took at around midday.Lighting
It was a very bright day so the colour really did stand out to me, also as I was taking the picture the flamingo opened its eye and the timing was perfect.Equipment
I used a Nikon d7100 with a sigma 300mm f2.8 lens.Inspiration
When I set out to take my photos I tend to stick with a theme I.e colour, shape ,size etc and on that day the theme was orange.Editing
For my post prediction all I did was slightly change the saturation and darken the background. In my camera bag
In my bag I tend to take my Nikon d7100 and d7000 with a sigma 300mm f2.8, sigma 105mm f2.8 macro and my Nikon 50mm f1.8, a manfrotto tripod and monopod also my Nikon binoculars.Feedback
I haven't been a professional photographer for very long but in that short time I have realised that patience is key with wildlife because as soon as you move you camera what something will happen.
