I see the dog running across the field, and this cat going "bleh!". Too funny!

Lol... what in the world. All the elements are surreal good. The fur so consistent with the expression, the framing and camerawork....perfect! You amaze Bob.

Fantastic entry! I have had horses, pandas, goats and even a swan do that to me. ROFL ... Thank you for joining my Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder challenge! Good Luck!

Location
I was walking on the road my dog past my neighbor's place...Time
It was late morning on an overcast day...Lighting
In flat light situations I run my camera in Aperture Preferred (automatic)Equipment
I was carrying my Nikon D7100 with a Sigma 18-250 zoomInspiration
I saw this cat perched on this gate as a once in a lifetime. When the cat didn't move while we were walking, the opportunity was irresistible. The tonality and texture of its scruffy coat drew me to this story. And I thought "patience", waiting for the cat to do something, anything...finger on trigger.Editing
Only a bit of cropping and rotation...In my camera bag
Although only the one camera this day, I carry in my bag two Nikon cameras and three lenses, a mini tripod, batteries, cleaning cloth...and not much else. Carry light, unless on assignment!Feedback
