Location
I took this photo in my apartment's bedroom.Time
We started the photo shoot early afternoon and we continued to shoot for about 5 hours non stop, this was taken near the beginning of the shoot so probably around 2-3 pm in the afternoon.Lighting
This shot is only using natural light, there's a big window on the right of the photo through which the light is coming from, the walls are light colored and the bed cover is pretty much white, on the left of the photo there's a closet that has white doors as well so the room is acting as a reflective photo booth.Equipment
I used the Canon 5D mark2 and the 24-105mm f4 L lens that's my go to lens for portraits. I didn't use any flash or tripods for this shot.Inspiration
I wanted to take a girl in lingerie on the bed shot but very sexy without actually showing too much skin. While she was rolling around on the bed I came up with the idea of having her sit on the head of the bed even though the surface is very thin but she said she can sit on it. Because of how thin it is she has to hold most of her weight with her legs kind of like a squat position in the gym. After she sat that way she liked the pose a lot so I asked her to lean her head back on the wall and give me some seductive type of facial expressions and sure enough after a few minutes of trying she hit a couple of killer facial expressions to go with the pose.Editing
Again, I don't do much post processing on my photos just basic adjustments in Photoshop, everything is basically the same as it's out of the camera. In my camera bag
Different equipment for different reasons, I carry one camera and 1-2 lenses for street photography, and one camera and 2-3 lenses, flashes, diffusers, tripod etc... for model photo shoots.Feedback
Think how to be creative and use everything at your disposal, don't try to copy other poses that other photographers have done before, try to post your model in any possible on a bed, including standing up, leaning on the wall, sitting on the bed headboard or any other new and innovative poses.
