My girlfriend and I decided to take a trip to the Catskill Mountains to shot some of the waterfalls in the area. We found that most of the falls were a bust since we havent had much rain lately. They all had weak flow or just a trickle of water. Leaving one of the falls we spotted this barn and noticed the classic Catskill scenery in the background. We decided we would go get dinner, then head back and shoot sunset there. We asked the farmer if he would mind which he gladly allowed us permission on and around his property. We shot for a while and just before we were packing up to leave, I noticed these storm clouds started to form over the mountains. I recomposed and got this single shot. Enjoy!

very nice !!! To me it would have been an easy winner if the verticles of the barn were corrected.....

thank you for the critique. I honestly never noticed until you mentioned it. since i shoot primarily landscapes (without buildings) its not something my eye picks up on or i even look for. in the future i'll be more aware of lens corrections that need to be made. thanks again for the critique.
