A place I have been hankering to visit for many years now, Meteora, Greece. I did a road trip across Greece and decided on the way back to Halkidiki to stop by Meteora to see if I could get a few shots. On the way there the heavens opened and the rain came, it got heavier and heavier at one point obscuring the road and it carried on, by the time I got to Meteora I was absolutely livid, of all the days to choose to rain it had to be this one, the only time I have got to visit this site and it will get rained off. However something inside me told me to wait, so I drove as far as I could, stopped the car and waited. Sure enough 5 minutes later I saw a break in the clouds in the distance, checked the wind direction and it was coming towards me. Five minutes later and sure enough the cloud broke, and, I was ecstatic, the sights that unfolded were breathtaking including this one. Here I was at God's payground watching him have fun, and so thankfull I was for it.
