I just love that wide angle look with the sepia tone. That's really tight. Great shot my friend!

Downtown Chicago, ILTime
9:30 PM on a late February Evening.Lighting
The lighting in the "Financial Canyon" of the Loop is amazing. The street lights at this section of LaSalle St. are a nice yellow incandescent that give the limestone masonry of the buildings a nice warm glow.Equipment
Camera: Nikon D700 Lens: Nikon 16mm f/2.8 fisheyeInspiration
The Chicago Board of Trade building in the center of the photo is indicative of the Chicago Art Deco style, built in 1930. The buildings to the left and right are the Continental Building and Chicago Federal Reserve respectively. Both of these buildings are identical in structure. I felt a fisheye capture would reinforce the nickname "City of Big Shoulders" that Chicago has.Editing
Very little post, just bringing up the saturation of the colors. In my camera bag
Nikon Full Frame DSLR, Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8, Nikon 24-70mm f/2,8, Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II, and Nikon 16mm f/2.8 fisheye.Feedback
Shoot wide angle or fisheye to capture the full might of buildings like this. I also wanted to make sure the statue of Ceres at the top of the Board of Trade was visible. A tripod is a must for a long exposure like this. My camera settings were: ISO-200, f/16, 16mm, 6 seconds.
