Location
In March 2012, My wife and I ventured to the Philippines where her brother was getting married. We were staying at White Beach Resort, Tabuelan, Cebu. The wedding was to happen on the beach, only 10 or 20 meters away from our lodgings, which was also right on the beach, (tough, I know, but someone had to do it.) on our arrival my brother in law had given me my first set of extension tubes, and so we set out to break them in. We found this wonderful moth up on the gardens of the resort.Time
It was in the evening, around 5pm on the 16th Mar 2012.Lighting
Absolutely perfect! The weather was amazing the whole week we were there. Shutter Speed - 1/99 second Aperture - F/6.3 Focal Length - 180 mm ISO Speed - 100Equipment
My trusty Canon 7D, EF180mm f/3.5L Macro USM lens, A brand new set of Kenko extension tubes, Manfrotto tripod, and I may have been using a cable shutter release. No flash required.. the light was perfect!Inspiration
You mean aside from the moth posing on the plant stalk? Photography itself! Who doesn't feel inspired and snap away when they have a camera in their hand?Editing
