This wild buck (tagged for conservation) lives in and around the public park in Dublin, Ireland where we had a rare encounter with this hungry guy. We had some apples and he was very interested in our snack which we shared. He was among a large group of bucks which approached us very cautiously but the females were far off in the distance. I did try to approach them to make a photograph but there were several males protecting them and warning me off. I was just a few feet away when I made this photograph of my partner sharing our apples. (Please know that we are very sensitive and respectful to the rules of nature and this was a very unusual event.)
