I discovered this old workbench inside a rustic, and rather dark barn in Plymouth Notch, Vermont and shot with available light. I also tried fill in flash, but didn't like how that seemed to wash away the nostalgic charm of the scene.

Off camera works best in this type of situation........and most time this type of shot is best in natural light.....or low light to create that mood... but i love it JK.....

Love this bench! The angle appears slightly low as if being viewed through the eyes of a child. Nice flash to ambient light ratio. Did you us a flash to fill?

I *LOVE* the HDR technique!!! I have got to learn this process! "PICNIK" has a version of "HDR-ish", not that great. I want to learn the real technique! This shot is awesome though!
