30 hours of exposures, 11 different sessions, 4 different fields of view, over a time period of 4 months. Presenting the Blue Horsehead Nebula in the constellation of Scorpius, a reflection nebula 40 light years across and some 400 light years from Earth. Originally planned as a 6 panel mosaic image, Mother Nature permitted me only 4 this year before Scorpius traveled too low on the horizon during the sparse nights of clear weather.
