Caroline's Rose or the White Rose Star Cluster is an open star cluster in the constellation of Cassiopeia discovered in 1783 by Caroline Herschel. The cluster lies some 8000 light years from Earth. My photograph was taken with an 81mm refractor telescope and a specialized astrophotography CMOS camera. The final photo consists of 24 individual 5 minute exposures.
