Piraeus is the port city for Athens, Greece. Its foundations date back to the time of Pericles in 400+ BC. It’s the biggest port in Greece. I took this photograph of the downtown location from a relatively small ship in the port. As you can see, it’s a busy downtown with multi-story business buildings on the waterfront, and more buildings and homes running up the hillside behind them. Reflections are pretty fantastic in the glass of the modern buildings.

Pretty cool image. It always surprises me to see glass warped from the heat of the sun giving abstracted views of the reflections and staying in place. Nicely seen and captured.

Absolutely outstanding! The one building on the left looks as if it is melting!
