Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photograph at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park in Florida.

Time

It was early morning, because I remember the animals where all out feeding, and I got told that the Rangers feed all the animals first thing, due to the heat later on in the day!

Lighting

tge light on the subjects is natural.

Equipment

If I recall this was taken with Nikon D7000 and the stock 18-105 lens

Inspiration

I love taking all kinds of pictures, nature being one of my favourites. I love that there are patterns in nature, as you can see in this photograph, the stripes from the Zebra's are completed by the dark background, making them pop out at you.

Editing

I darkened the background around the subjects as I wanted the stripe patterns to pop...adjusted the clarity and sharpened the subjects,

Look for what compliments a dark background, if your subject is partially in the shade it can help in the post processing and lead you to a more natural looking shot
