The frigate ARA Libertad, built in the Rio Santiago Shipyard, is a sailing vessel with double topsails and three crossed poles, belonging to the Navy Fleet of the Argentine Navy. The maximum height of the mainmast is 49.8 m and it has six electric winches for maneuvering sails. It was launched on May 30, 1956. In this photograph it is found leaving the port of Mar del Plata.

La fragata ARA Libertad, construida en el Astillero Río Santiago, es un buque de vela con gavias dobles y tres palos cruzados, perteneciente a la Flota de Mar de la Armada Argentina. La altura máxima del palo mayor es de 49,8 m y tiene seis guinches eléctricos para maniobra de velas. Fue botado el 30 de mayo de 1956. En esta fotografía se encuentra saliendo del puerto de Mar del Plata.
