I normally carry a couple of bodies when in the field (I use two D7100's, D300s, D610, D800e, D3, D3s and D3x), for wildlife Nikkor 200-500mm/5.6, Tamron 70-200/2.8, Sigma 150/2.8. For landscapes, I usually carry Nikkor 14-24/2.8, Tamron 24-70/2.8 and Nikkor 105/2.8 macro for flowers. I also carry a 8x carbon fiber tripod and heavy duty ballhead.Feedback
For hawks, you have to be patient, observant. Notice were they tend to perch and approach slowly.
