Behind The Lens

Location

In my garden. Every year, at the end of winter, a couple of great spotted woodpeckers is flying around the house. I like tne snow on the branch tree behind the bird.

Time

In the morning

Lighting

The snow and the early hour give this blue atmosphere that I like very much

Equipment

I use a Nikon D300S and here, a lens Nikkor 70- 200 mm, without tripod .......it was daring, but no time to use it !

Inspiration

Every day, I was looking for this bird, sometimes for a long time. Some days, I did not even see him and one day, the miracle, the bird stayed on this tree, not very far from the house and I was able to photograph it through the glass of the kitchen

Editing

Just a little to slightly saturate colors and sharpness

In my camera bag

My Nikon D 300S, and Nikkor lens 16 -85 mm and 70-200 mm, a tripod.
