Thank you! I was so lucky to work with this model on this day in this place. Everything fits together. :)

Location
I just came across this location quite by chance. Lovely June day, sun is shining abnd then ...hey, look at all those daisies. I wanted to shoot in the countryside but this field of flowers totally exceeded my expectations. The next thought was what should my model wear? She had her own thoughts on this...so here we are!Time
???? This must have been around noon on a bright summer's day. A pretty harsh light, but one we worked with to make the best of it. The weather was warm with a few beautiful clouds. Unbelievably, was able to shoot the girl nude for quite some time right next to a public footpath. Only when we were packing up did we see any passers by.Lighting
???? The sun. It's a brilliant light source but oh so unpredictable. It's best not to have too much of a preconcieved idea of what you want to achive because it can change minute to minute. I could have put in extra lights to soften things a bit but that would have take away from the model's spontaneous pleasure.Equipment
???? My trusty Lumix GX7 with a 12-40mm lens. It's light and easy to carry around.Inspiration
I wanted to say someting about the beauty of nature and the sense of enjoyment we can achieve if we let ourselves free. Coming across this location just by chance said everything about what I wanted to achieve.Editing
With this one, not a lot of post-processing. Just the tiniest tweak on the vibrance to make it really jump out.In my camera bag
I like to travel light so I've used Lumix mirrorless cameras for a few years now. I usually carry a zoom lens maybe, 40-150mm and my go-to lens which is a 12-100mm. That all adds up to not very much weight. Spare batteries and SD card are a must, although battery life is amzing on these things. Because the camera is so small I still have space for a packet of mints, a bottle of water and a few sandwiches. travel light, travel far!Feedback
Take the opportunity, take the image. With all the plans in the world you sometimes see something better than you ever imagined. Simplicity and spontaneity often work better than complicated and contrived set ups. Enjoy what you're doing and have fun playing with ideas and camera settings.
