I love Cannon Beach, home of Haystack Rock. Great shot . I prefer the color version. It's just beautiful! Thanks for dropping by. Terry

Had to obviously tweak a bit. The gradient filter could only do so much. Made additional adjustments in LightroomEquipment
Sony A7, Sony Zeiss 24-70mm @ f/22, 1/2 sec exposure at ISO 50. Singh-Ray reverse grad filter at the horizon. Gitzo Tripod with a Really Right Stuff Ball headInspiration
I see so many pictures of Haystack Rock. I wanted to see what I could some up with.Editing
Yes, added saturation, lightened the rock, and added contrast. In my camera bag
Sony A7, Recently switched from the Sony FE zooms to the primes, Zeiss Batis 18mm and 25mm Primes. Also carry the Sony 55mm f/1.8 and Sony 35mm f/2.8. (This one is always on my camera, my "go-to" lens). I also own the Sony Zeiss 16-35mm which I really like but only take with me when I'm shooting certain landscapes.Feedback
Get out there and shoot. It's that simple. You can't learn what you like and what you don't if you don't practice, make mistakes, learn from them and adjust from there.
