As I was driving through the forest around 11:00 PM I couldn't help but notice the brightest constellation I've ever seen. The more I drove down the dark road the more I wondered how I'd never seen this group of stars before. When I got to a safe spot, I pulled over to take a look at the sky. When I got out I realized it wasn't stars, but hikers descending down a very tall peak. I've always wanted to capture the light trails from hiker's headlamps on a mountain at night so this was perfect! I like that this photo has light trails from three different sources. This is a single 1740 second exposure. Taken with @nikonusa D750 | 1740 seconds | f- 8 | ISO 400 | 16mm
