Location
The image is taken on the small peninsula called Røsness (Roesness) on a cloudy day in March 2017 on the island Zealand in Denmark.Time
I took the image midday just before noon.Lighting
Nothing special to share about the lightning other than it was a cloudy day.Equipment
The image is a long exposure of 43 seconds, so I used a sturdy tripod, a wide angle lens and a 10 stopper Tiffen filter I had just purchased to play with some long exposure.Inspiration
I have always been a huge fan of long exposures, and like the idea of capturing time instead of freezing a fraction of a second in a single frame.Editing
Not much, I do capture images in RAW so the image has been a trip through Lightroom where I have fixed the colors a bit and made a small crop to get a more pleasing image. In my camera bag
I always carry my camera and various lenses from 8mm to 200mm, a bunch of neutral density filters, a good tripod. But the most important part of my gear is a pot of coffee to enjoy when the camera is on the tripod exposing those really long ones.Feedback
Have patience and expose a little to the right but be careful not to blow out the highlights, it is better to turn down highlights than bringing up shadows which usually results in image noise that can turn any good exposure into trash.
