Location
I took this image on the lakes Tystrup and Bavelse the biggest lake on the island Zealand in DenmarkTime
Early morning or rather not so early its winter time so it was about 7 in the morning. I am not an early bird so love sunrises in the winter time :-)Lighting
Nothing special just a beautiful sunriseEquipment
Its captured with the Yuneec Typhoon H plus drone released last year.Inspiration
I am a nature boy, and as I wrote earlier I was simply out scouting locations for a film I was making, and found the perfect location to start the movie.Editing
Yea always, I capture all my images in raw format to have the option to post process my images to my liking, but I try to keep it as natural as I remember. In my camera bag
Bag you say? I carry a ton of equipment so much that I sometimes bring a small trolley :-) 2 Dlsr cameras 7d & 7DMkII lenses ranging from 8 to 600mm tripods, camera slider, cable cam, a few Gopros, light stands, external light sources. Drones a hexa copter and a quad, food coffee dog food, a blanket. From the above you might have guessed that I make a lot of video, but on scouting trips like this I usually only bring my drone and a phone camera :-)Feedback
Yea get up early and be on location before the sun breaks the horizon, the magic happens a few minutes after the sun comes up and will only last for about 30 - 40 minutes. Don't be afraid to revisit a location I have been here 10+ times before I got the morning mist just right.
