Fantastic evening close to home. Almost no wind, but rather cold.

Location
The photo was taken close to my home. I live in a small community on the Swedish west coast. It is a place called Åsa.Time
It was a beautiful saturday afternoon just before sunset.Lighting
Often it is a challenge to take a Picture right in to the sun. The Samyang 14mm f2,8 that I use, is not the best lens to handle flares. But the light in the sky and on the beach. Was so Amazing that I had to try.Equipment
This was shot with a Sony A7R and Samyang 14mm f2.8 lens. I had the camera on a tripod and used a remote trigger.Inspiration
I Always keep an Eye on the sky. It was very nice Clouds in the sky this Saturday. I looked at the direction of the Clouds and I knew where to go. When I arrived to the beach. The sky was Amazing and the sea was very calm. I just had to find a nice foreground. There is a small bridge that I Think looks rather cool. So I wanted to have it in the photo. I knew that I had my photo when I saw the bridge together with the light on the sand and rocks.Editing
Not so much in this case. Darken the sky and lifting the shadows. Some clarity and contrast. Removing some spots due to sensor dust. I used only one photo. There was no need to merge 2-3 photos to a HDR. I Think I had to remove some small flares. In my camera bag
In my f-stop loka I have a Sony A7R and a Samyang 14mm f2.8. Other lenses that I normaly have with me: Sony 16-35mm f4, Sony 90mm f2.8, Batis 25mm f2 and an old Konica 135mm f3.5 lens. A lot of rags and a small spray bottle with water. 3 cheap wireless remote triggers and wired remote trigger. 2 LED headlamps and a water bottle. 1 82mm pol filter, 1 77mm ND1000 filter and some step-up rings.Feedback
Be prepared and keep track of the where the sun goes up and down. Go to different sites and get to know them. So when there is an Amazing sky. You know where to go. Get out as much as possible!
