Actually, not a parade. People were out trying to make money on giving camel rides over the dunes. It was a favorite time of day for photographers—the Golden Hour.
I’m in India, but not sure what city we’re near. If any. I know we’re in the state of Rajasthan. We’re on our way to the Pushkar Camel Fair but there are things to see and do before we get there. Like these dunes. It seems that at sunset the tourists (mostly Indian tourists) come to the dunes to play, romance, walk, maybe ride in a camel cart.
We were just trying to get a good picture.
