Location
The photo was taken in the Parque Jardín del Corazón (???, Kokoro No Niwa) in Serena, Chile. The place is a peaceful and harmonious place dedicated to connecting ourself with nature.Time
I remember going to the park around 2 PM when the people is at lunch to basically have more space and less interacting with human objects. I never use a tripod and always natural light for my photos, it is the basis for my work to get spontaneous and natural shots.Lighting
I always use natural light, I Iike the power of the sun; even more so when it is related to animals because artificial light makes them uncomfortable.Equipment
This shot was on a Canon T2i with an 100-300mm f/4.5 lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
I wanted to this image was a reflection about the place is. Calm, beautiful, a place to connect your sense and inspired your life through the simple way.Editing
I am used to balancing shadows and highlights, sharpness and retouch some colours I guest; in this particular case the green. In my camera bag
Now I always carry my Sony a7, the solid LZOS MC 3M-5CA 500mm f/8 for long shots, my beloved Canon FL 58mm f/1.2 for portrait, an Albinar Special 28mm f/2.8 for landscapes and the marvellous MC Volna-9 Macro 50mm f/2.8 with which I get a magnification of 1x and Helios 44-2 58mm f/2.8 for macrophotography. Also a PzF Bellows M42 and extension rings.Feedback
Be yourself, be conscious, respect nature and always talk to the animals, they listening very well.
