Very nice. I especially love how you focused on her eyes. Many portraits focus on the nose or chin, but it is the eyes that makes a stunning photo, in my opinion. My one and only suggestion (a personal pet peeve, so take with a truck load of salt) Don't crop the head. Unless something horrid is there, otherwise keep the entire head in the shot. That's just my opinion though. Some like it cropped out.
