Balboa Skies On Fire was shot in Southern California in June of 2016. This is a 45 minute drive from my house and almost didn't want to fight the traffic. But when you shoot nature, you have to act on your instincts. Seeing the high desert type clouds I had a good feeling it was going to be a stunner. I also love the full moon rising on the left side.

Shooting panoramic landscapes has always been a favorite of mine. Now using the Canon 5Dsr 50 Megapixel it has taken my images to a new level. This is a 3 shot pano stitched together.
