Found this maple seed jabbed into the rotten center of a large diameter fence post. It fell there by sheer luck, and I happened to approach from the same angle that this was shot. Camera is the Nikon D300 with a Nikkor 200mm f4.0 ais micro lens. (I may have added an extension tube as well)
