Location

I took this photo at the farmers market in Holland Michigan.

Time

It was 11:08 AM, but the area was covered by a canopy.

Lighting

I was working with an old manual focus lens looking for good in situ arrangements and lighting. When I saw something I liked - I then asked permission to take a couple photos. If the answer was yes - I took the photo, and bought something from the vendor.

Equipment

Nikon D800 with the 85mm f1.4 AI-S

Inspiration

Fruit and Veg are such good subjects.

Editing

I shoot raw, then image the file through LR and PS. Very little was done to this image.

In my camera bag

Camera bodies, lens and bits and pieces.

Feedback

Take your camera out of auto, and shoot manual exposure, color temp, focus etc. When you are more intentional with the technical - you will be more intentional with composition.
