While doing some exposure tests for another (film-based) project I captured this picture which I stumbled upon when reviewing the test shots. Discarding all the other test shots I thought of this one as a keeper: While I sat there quite a while, pedestrians and cyclists kept passing by not even noticing me (which I didn't even think of then because I was busy with my test shots). But this picture reminded me of the situation and made me think of how many people a day I pass by not noticing. This led me to the thought of what life is for the most part: passing by.
