I saw this mother and infant while at the elephant orphanage in Nairobi and asked if she would mind if I took a photo. The mother was delighted to oblige and added to the moment by her natural expression of warmth for her child who, unaware of what was going on, looked a little uncertain at the stranger with the big camera.
