I am still touched by the trust shown in the universe, where a person staying in a motel for the night has parked his work boots for courtesy, on the outside of the room.
In this image I can sense the enormous heart within the arduous work, the strain and then the home-loving and familial within this action.
The motel was occupied largely by the scientists and contractors building roads in the area, and they were working in the blistering August heat dawn to dusk.
Even though dust coated and burned out, this man expressed courtesy and a sense of order.
For earth, as well as to my heart, it is an important symbol.
