How did you get the buck still and the stream flowing?

It's 2 photos blended. It was an interesting experience. I had setup on a boulder in the stream and had taken some short exposure photos when I decided to get my ND filter and take a long exposure. The filter was in my camera bag on shore. While I was there I heard animals coming so I sat where I was and waited. This guy came down to get a drink and I got his photo (someone later told me that's a deer not an elk.) After they left I put on the ND and took the long exposure. Later I decided to blend the 2 photos in post processing.
