I was fortunate in 2010 to be one of the few selected by the committee for an "All Access Pass" . This gave me the opportunity to shoot from "The Pit" only 8 photographers allowed (CNN and ESPN were 2 selected). The pit is below ground and I had to stand on a box but it gave great perspective that allowed me to get this capture.

Congratulations on being selected! I know how hard it is to be a part of this type of scene. I like you worked hard to get a press pass for Greeley Independence Stampede.

Well done. The perspective really brings this image to life. Don't you have any with a little motion blur? That will also be an excellent image giving the extra feel of the moment.

Seems as though you were right in there with them, Emile. It must have been terrific to get this opportunity for point of view. Great stop action by you and effort by them both.

Impressive shot!! Great capture of the expressions on both faces! One can just feel the struggle and power of both human and animal. :-)
