Little Diego. One ear up, one ear down, one tooth left. 11, and abandoned. He came from the same shelter as our little Piglet. They get to live out their (adorable) golden years with us. Senior rescues are THE BEST. He came to us fully trained: sit, down, speak, dance, roll over, shake; he came to us full housebroken; and he came to us calm and sweet as can be. I cannot say enough about bringing home tiny little senior rescues! He will be going to the Farmers' Market with us on weekends (Piglet too) as an ambassador for senior animal rescue.
He has since lost his only tooth, and is now 100% deaf. I call him Grumpy Bear on days he's over everything, and Gummy Bear the rest of the time. He's a wonderful snuggle buddy - just an absolute love - and if you give him a deep ear rub he'll love you forever.

Thank you! We're pretty fond of him. (And hubby did undergrad at UO and grad at Gonzaga, so we have football in the fall and basketball in the winter!)
