Years ago I photographed a wedding at Silcox Hut on Mount Hood, which is higher than Timberline Lodge. We had to be transported there by giant SUVs, during the winter they use big snowcats. Recently while going through old files on my computer I found this sunset I had long forgotten about, and it transported me back to that day. Perfect skies, beautiful couple, and the Milky Way soared overhead later. Oregon is so incredibly beautiful!
