A comforting ending of a not so great trip to Hong Island, Thailand:
They picked us up an hour late, drove us to the pier, where we waited another hour for the boat to arrive.
Snorkeling at Hong Island wasn’t impressive, the water was very muddy because of heavy rain the day before.
We couldn’t enter the blue lagoon on the island, low tide.
The sunset barbecue consisted of warmed up croquettes and rice mainly, and the only things they served to drink was Coke and Rum. I am fine with Rum, i am fine with Coke, even mixing those ingredients doesn’t scare me to death.
But if you are traveling with two little kids it’s a completely different story.
The only thing that didn’t disappoint was the beautiful sunset over the island Koh Phak Bia.
